Each month, take the online Employability Level diagnostic (or rerun it from memory) and copy the score into the column for that month. The band — emerging, consolidating, resilient or leverage — is calculated automatically. In the notes column write one single sentence: what moved the needle this month. After three months you will see a pattern; after twelve, a trajectory.
