Common pricing questions

If I already have the book, what do I buy?
Platform only (€9.99). It unlocks the 5 diagnostics, the Mentor RAG, the PDF report, the observatory and the guided journeys — without paying again for a book you already own.
Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?
Every current SKU (book, platform, bundle) is a one-time payment. Pro Annual will be a subscription when it launches.
How do I request an invoice?
From your account, in the Invoice section.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You have 14 days from purchase — refunds are full and automatic, no questions asked.
Is it available in English or Japanese?
Yes in Spanish and English. The Japanese edition is coming soon.
