What changed in each release of the interactive book. Manuscript corrections travel with the paper; product corrections with each release.

  1. MVP 0.5May 2026

    Interactive edition · funnel, mentor and assisted reading

    • Purchase funnel: demo · book · eBook · activation paths, with editorial fallbacks when a retailer isn't available yet.
    • Online access: entitlement-gated, Stripe checkout (TEST) and an honest-state /leer-online page.
    • Stateless public Mentor on /home, /demo, /buy, /gate and inside the reader (Phase O v1).
    • Voice playbook + editorial mentor evaluation (Phase N.2 + N.3).
    • Newsletter operations: signup, preferences and unsubscribe via signed token, dry-run by default.
    • 18 + 1 React infographics ported from the manuscript (including Folio 03 — Three Forces of Change).
    • i18n sweep: header, footer and chrome translated to EN and JA.
    • Brand polish SOX (es) / ExOS (en) across infographics and canonical domain consistency on exponentialtimes.blog.

    Beta · onboarding and operations

    • Welcome page (/welcome) after activation.
    • Idempotent activation with error-specific feedback.
    • Editorial panel at /private/editorial to monitor the dataset.
    • Structural book validator: pnpm validate:content.
    • Home redesigned as a marketing surface (book · app · PWA).
    • Compass with date on the home page.
