The 3 T's diagnostic — Excel
Read any change in front of you as one of four bands — noise, transversal, transformational, or transcendental — with six questions and an automatic editorial reading.

How to use it
Open the first sheet, answer the six questions with a number from 1 to 5, and let Excel return your score, band, and suggested action. If an answer is 1 or 2, the right column shows you a lever to go deeper. Repeat the diagnostic every 90 days — the change may have moved up (or down) a band. The extra tabs give you the reference of the four bands and a 7/30/90-day action plan.
